You will most certainly have more leisure time. We can keep you as busy as you want or you can do some tours and relax the other days on the island included in your package. Please note our custom vacation package is not with other guests, the tour is exclusive for your party only.

We are based here in Hawaii so we meet with all our guests at one point, if they are here on a vacation package. We are in daily contact with our guests once they land in Hawaii so they see and do all that is planned for them. It’s part of our daily concierge services to keep our guests informed of their tours and activities since our guests may visit up to 3 or 4 islands with tours and inter-island flights. It’s a packed schedule and we donʻt want you to worry about a thing. We are here to walk them through their vacation package, every step of the way.

Hawaii resorts do not have an all-inclusive option the way Caribbean or Mexican resorts do. Alcohol drinks must be purchased separately if meals are included in your package. In Hawaii, we encourage you to go out and explore the local culture and food options for breakfasts, lunches and dinners. There are many restaurants in and around most resorts so we encourage guests to go out and explore those options.

Our all-inclusive packages do not typically include meals, but we can arrange for them to be included if you would like. We feel that this is the best way to ensure that our guests have the flexibility to choose the food and dining experiences that they enjoy the most.

There are a large variety of restaurants and cafes to choose from in our area, serving everything from local cuisine to international fare. You can also find a number of grocery stores and markets where you can purchase food and drinks to prepare in your room or suite.

If you would like to have meals included in your all-inclusive package, please let us know and we will be happy to make arrangements. We can work with you to create a meal plan that meets your dietary needs and budget.

The cheapest time of year to visit Hawaii is when no one else is planning on visiting. That would be in the months with no major school, spring break, or federal holidays. Months with less reliable weather will also reduce the number of people visiting so prices for everything will go down and deals will be more commonplace. These months are normally May, September, and October.

We utilize comfortable beachfront resorts in our vacation packages that are recently updated or remodeled. We also choose specific towers at some resorts due to their location, convenience, and views. We also choose resorts that we know our guests will love. Some of the Hawaii resorts are better for children, adults-only, or a great mix of amenities that everyone will love.

The average vacation package to Hawaii that we offer tends to be about $1000 / couple per night with a minimum of 4 nights. This would include round-trip flights to Hawaii from the West Coast of the United States, a standard room at a beachfront resort, 2 premium activities, all on-island transportation, and daily concierge service. Prices will vary based upon the number of nights, islands, activities, room views, flight class, and starting city.

As you get nearer to your desired Hawaii travel date, availability will go way down. If you are planning to travel in a group larger than 4, then give yourself at least 6 months to make sure everything you want to do is available and you can secure good rooms with enough beds. If you are planning to travel during the busy times of late December, early January, March, June or July then be sure to give yourself more time than you think. The bigger the group the more time you need. In most cases, a couple should be able to book 3 months ahead of time and be able to get into doing everything on their bucket list.
